Rude manager

Had a very bad experience at Mc Donalds tokai saterday evening 26/5/2018.....there was only 1 cashier on duty ( a white girl) who was indeed very very helpful and being month end the place was full....Myself calling out to the manager in duty (black) and asked politely if there is nobody to assist her as I just bought and mc flurry and waiting forever in line aswel as the other people were getting agitated. She turned took her name badge off and replies rudely " NO" I then asked what kinda manager are you to be so rude and she even said that that poor cashier MUST just learn to cope.....there were so many things still said by her . But I will leave it as that as racial issues are becoming a trend. Please look into this matter as I left hungry not wanting to buy anything else but just a mc flurry for my daughter which was also not nice. :{
