Rude MacDonalds Staff (Sunward Park)

Went through at 9:45 to buy 3 happy meals for the kids and a burger for myself. the lady took our order, we drove to the pay window and paid. proceeded to the pick up window....then the frustration started. A lady (didn't have her name tag on) came to the window, didn't greet but started going through the orders, while chatting away with another male staff inside. she kept coming and going (Not a word, not letting us know if there is a hold up or something). i hooted several times trying to get her attention or at least be told why the hold up, nothing. i eventually switched off my car engine, kept hooting an nothing. by that time, my kids at the back are frustrated as they were very hungry. At exactly 10:10 is when the same lady brings my burger at which time my husband asks her what the hold up is and why no one is telling us if there is a delay, she looked at him with such an attitude, rolled her eyes and turned her back to us to get the kiddies meals. Look, if i didn't have hungry frustrated kids in the car, i'd have driven to KFC rather. i believe if we were white she'd have given us the courtesy to at least greet, inform us of the delay and apologise but coz its black on black, a black Macdonalds customer doesn't deserve the right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. What is the use of a DRIVE THROUGH if one is going to spend so much time there with no explanation of what the hold up is?? I'm so HAPPY there is BURGER KING Opening in Carnival Mall so i don't have to subject my fammily to such PATHETIC SERVICE from Macdonalds. then to add to my already miserable self, i get to the funeral open my burger and its not the Grand Spicy i ordered, but the plain burger!!!!!!! Sunward Park, your staff is RUDE and got my order wrong!!!!R184.00 gone to waste in these tough times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst service by far!!!!!!
