Rude Macdonalds employee at Montana Pretoria

I have been at Macdonalds Montana Pretoria..only to be bul**** by am employee..by the name of Palesa.She was rude to me when I tried to fill in the register.the attitude she gave and she didn't even want to help when I tried to order food instead she sent someone to help me..as she avoided me..the shop has a clip of what happened..I even complained to the manager as this happebed yesterday..the manager tried to help me but the shop honestly was busy..I want Macdonalds to assist us loyal customers with such employees because we feel bul**** in a place we love so much. I would like this to be addressed accordingly so that I'm not scared to go buy food at Macdonalds Montana Pretoria..she needs to learn customer seevice
