Rude, Lazy and Disrespectful

Staff at the McDonald's in Rustenburg waterfall mall is very rude, lazy and disrespectful to customers. I witnessed on different occasions staff being rude to customers. On saturday a costumer was complaining that he had been waiting for his order for over 40 minutes. When he enquired, the lady by the name of Bridget based on the name tag was very rude to him.

I find the staff there very disrespectful and they are giving McDonald's a bad name. If training was not provided on how to treat customers they need to do it asap.
