Rude, insulting mananger

I don't know whether to be hurt, insulted or angry at the treatment me and my family got from the McDonald's in woodmead today. We walked into the McDonald's as we were about to order at the self service machine one of the employees adviced as about the R5.00 special they have on the quarter pound meal, well it was good value for money so we decided we are going to get that. All was good and well we placed our order with a lady called Nonhlanhla so as per usual we received our slip and went to wait for our order, then we see order on the screen that it is ready to be collected went to the counter and the order was not out and I was told to wait as they are not following the system on the screen today. Everyone who had placed their orders after us got their orders and left, so I went to ask again and they checked the slips they had and told me my order was a drive through and it is not there, I was very confused because I still had my customer copy so I showed it to them then I was told I was trying to get a free meal so I asked why would try and cheat them off R50.00 because went there anticipating to spend more than that so if is the case they must verify France called the cashier to confirm that she remembered us, and the cashier straight up said that she assisted a lot of people she can't remember understandably so. France told to wait further they will make our order but nothing for another 30-45mins, I was so upset my children were hungry and this guy is refusing to cancel or make our order. Eventually France decided to give us our meal at 2:30 which was placed a 12:44, never in my life have I received such a horrible service, and be disrespected like that in front of my children.
