rude employees and **** food

Good day, myself and my girlfriend order from McDonalds lytelton frequently and we once order a double quarter pound and only got the top half of the burger and when we phoned again to complain they had and extremely rude attitude. Another occasion we ordered McDonalds twice in one day and we love the Green Apple Mcfizz and ordered it in the morning and ordered another in the afternoon, and the order in the afternoon tasted like sprite and creme soda and again the employees where rude to us... Today we phoned them to say we will be going to meet with the branch manager as we where extremely busy the past week and couldn't meet her. And she, the branch manager was so rude that it annoyed us so much that we won't be buying anything from them
