Rude Employee:Israel from McDonald's Waterkloof

Rude employees who seem not to care or notice that they came to work.They think they are on holiday.

The gentleman named Isreal from McDonalds Waterkloof.Is very quick to answer customers/riders who are collecting on clients behalf.(Uber).

The store said they are cleaning the ice-cream since 7:40am. At 10:32am I received an order to collect at McDonalds Waterkloof,their ice-cream machine was still not ready,clients order had 3 smarties mcflurry .

Israel said they have called the client .At 11:01am I texted the client from my Uber app and to my surprise they had not received any call.When I asked Israel why haven't called the client, as rude as he is, his response was "If u dont want to take that order just cancel it and someone else will take it.

I have been waiting for over 25minutes for an order and he answers with no concern.He seems to think his workplace is a play area.That gentleman man needs further training on "How to treat and talk" to a customer or else he should just stay home because this isn't a spa shop.
