RUDE EMPLOYEE

Good day

Today around 13:50 and 14:10 o went thru the drive thru at McDonald’s Mafikeng by the Crossing shopping centre I stood for 3-4 mins then hooted as I wasn’t getting any help, a lady then came to the speaker and immediately I said “bathong le re emisa sebaka yang” which translates to “you make us wait for a long time” That lady rep**** with “ Heee sorry” i said to her u can’t talk to me like that she said sorry again which was not genuine If I was a white person I’m pretty sure I would have not gotten a reply like that teach ur staff members that they must treat customers with respect’ That lady who’s name I was told is Nomvuyo has zero work ethic and is straight up rude!!!
