Rude employee

I had a bad experience at Macdonald's Sammy Marks. On Saturday 28 November at around 13:00 one of the female staff was rude to me. I tried to tell her me and my friends have been waiting for over an hour for our meal, but the lady didn't talk to me nicely. One of the staff told her she should not talk to customers like that and to apologize to me, but she didn't. This is the first time I experienced such service at Macdonald's.
