Rude discourteous behavior of the managers at Macdonald's Mount Edgecombe

<p>My colleague and I had purchased 2 chocolate milkshakes on the 9 November 2016 at Macdonalds Mount Edgecombe. We had tasted the milkshakes and noticed that it was tasting sour.</p> <p>I immediately contacted Macdonalds Mount Edgecombe to inform them that the milkshakes purchased by my colleague and I was spoilt.</p> <p>I spoke to the manager Quentin and he said if we bring the milkshakes back to the store he will then refund us. </p> <p>However he changed his mind and told us that we cant get a refund and we were being forced to take another item for the same price. I told Quentin that i dont want anything by now i was fed up with their lies service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Quentin then put a lady by the name of Charlene Pillay on the line she was very rude and told me that if i dont take the milkshakes or another item i would lose my money and slammed the phone down while i was talking.</p> <p>I never went back and never got my refund .</p>
