Rude Crew Member!!

I came on the drive through in Mokopane, Limpopo Restaurant , getting assistant by lady named Mapula, 1. She tells me there is nothing available besides Mcfeast, why is nothing in a 24 hour restaurant?? 2. It is my birthday day, I redeemed a free ice cream cone only to be told it’s not available and she tells me this after she finishes redeeming, then she says I should come tomorrow to get it, I ask her, using who’s petrol? She rudely tells me I shall walk!. Now I was forced to leave the restaurant with no food, no apology from the rude crew. I asked for her to call the manager on duty, Shonisane came, partially apologised with no solution offered. Definitely 100% disappointed and disrespected!
