Rude Cashiers

I have visited that McDonalds Richards Bay twice, first time in 23 January 2015 we were (me and colleaques) rudely treated by one of the cashiers there who was pragnant at the time, she was simply rude. The second time it was on 26 March 2016 we were (my family) placing orders at the drive through, the person we spoke to was literally rude. I don think i would like to visit that place anymore those cashiers do not have a clue on how to talk to the customers they are rude and disrespectful.
