Rude Behavior

I am dismayed and appalled by the behavior from Jabulani Soweto Mc Donald's. The disrespected and rudeness towards customers and their manager left a bitter taste to my mouth. Let me cut to the chase.,i was there on 1st of May 2022 bought a quarter pounder around 21h30.I selected the pay to the counter option. The cashiers were nowhere to be found even the manager was not aware. What made above anything else is the disrespect of the female subordinate to their manager. He asked one lady to attend to she blatantly refused and the other emerged out of nowhere when the manager asked where was she, I will quote what she said in Zulu, "phuma kimi wena" in front of us and with no remorse. I am annoyed and disgusted by this attitude not only did they make us to wait but there was no regret in her actions. The lady was chubby and short. The manager is a guy who is short in height. We can't be treated as peasants when we are paying to be maltreated by your staff. It is a disgrace and I suggest you call them into order or enrol them to customer service course.
