Rude

We bought food via DRIVE THRU on the 30th Oct 19 @ 19.11. We paid via debit order R162.70 and the transaction went through but the cashiers system went off, we had sms as proof. The manager named William was rude to us, telling us that we have to pay cause his system doesn't show that we have paid, we tried to reason with him and he gave us attitude or disrespected us, we ended up paying again. We were told to bring the bank statement to show that the transction went through and they will help reverse the money, we did that and a manager by the name of Jeff took our docs and made copies and promised that the money was gonna be paid back in our account, that was Tuesday the 5th Nov 19 and he never called us. On Thursday the 7th we went back and found another rude manager called Ronny and he also took our details and he never came back to us too, all we want is our money but Mcdonalds staff is disrespecting us and sending us from pillar to post. Driving there is money and emotionally draining. Their managers are so rude and *********** that includes the cashiers in the drive through
