Rude arrogant drive thru personnel

We visited Mc DONALD pretoria church has street today. The lady by name Lovey was very rude and we escalated our complaint to Erick who was the manager on duty he also took Lovey side , we wanted to order ice cream and something to drink , when we asked . Lovey told us there is no ice cream we asked her why didn't they put a notice that ice cream is finished ignored us , we kept on asking if there is someone she kept quiet . My daughter decided to go out of the car to the window she said she was assisting other customers she has only two hands, we know that she has two hands she could have told us that she is currently busy with a customer instead of ignoring us . She was very rude . Even if we escalated to the Manager nothing was done about it instead Erick gave an excuse that maybe microphone stopped worked not knowing what response did we get from Lovey. I think both staff members don't deserve to serve customers as they don't have customer service. We end up not getting even the drinks. I need this to be taken seriously
