Rude approach at McDonald's

I went to McDonald's at town by Marshall Town and l was rudely approached by the security at 7.30pm imagine by that its late and his telling that l must wait out side and its not even fully packed inside there was only one gentleman inside and l was going with my hubby so as l went inside he said one one person l asked if he could come and help me with what he needs he said no ohky l asked if l could be helped by the tills he said no only me who can help you but he doesn't even know what my hubby eats and it's late they are no people inside its not even busy and l told him l understand you are taking precautions cause of this pandemic but now l just need help then he will wait for me out side cause am scared to stand out side by this time it's already late he said no then l had to wait outside late and l asked to talk to the manager the came Lorraine with an attitude and as am trying to explain my situation the security kept on intruding and Lorraine did not contain the situation instead she told me to email head office or call them they is nothing she can do about it and they will send her an email about the issue it's not like they is anything this company can do to them cause cause they will just send an email about issue
