Rude and unreasonable

Bad experience, Worst I've ever had at a "reputable" franchise such as McDonald's, the manager at McD's in Benoni next to Lakeside mall by the name of Lungile is rude and behaves like it's his family's business. No more I'm done with the place until that deadbeat moves to wherever, I'm even being generous with the 1 star.
