rude and unprofessional service from staff and manager

I have had the most terrible service from Mcdonalds stuff and the manager over the last week. Twice I ordered for a strawberry mcflurry with choc bits and received the wrong order, and twice I specified exactly what I wanted on the ubereats app,called back to advised and was passed on to the manager who did not even talk to me but was talking to someone one the other hand. What appaling service for something that I paid for. sies.
