RUDE AND UNHYGIENIC STAFF

i went to westgate mcdonalds,ordered a meal with a watermelon mcfizz,asked for no ice,but they still put in ice,told me they dunno how to make it without ice,then they still had the nerve to scoop out the ice with a dirty scoop,half the drink got spilled and refused to give me a new one,i will never eat from mcdonalds again and i will share my experience with everyone i know,im appaled,they need to train their staff on ettiqutte
