Rude and unfair treatment at Cresta

<p>On Sunday we dediced to visit Cresta Mall, I purchased 6 Sundae's ice-creams for R15 and we were 6 and then I realised the price is almost close to the Mcflurry which is R22 and I asked the cashier her name is Palesa Beauty M. to please change my order to 6 oreo Mc flurries instead. She then called the supervisor/Manager to come a do a void and in front of me she said "can you do a void the customer doesn't seem to know what she really wants". She was so rude to me and funny part is the supervisor heard what she said but did not tell her what she said is wrong. The customer has every right to change their order. She made me feel so stupid and useless and she kept on exchanging words with me and not apologetic even after I had told her its wrong. I must say that I am very disappointed. And she did not even say Im sorry, she just gave me a stinking attitude and called the next customer while I still standing in front of her. I ended up not enjoying the ice-cream at all. So much disappoint. Never been be-littled so much in my life. A customer should feel welcomed and special but thats not I felt today and Im never buying at Cresta Mc DOnald ever again</p>
