Rude and uneducated manager

We went to McDonald's after going to the movies where we wanted to enjoy a coffee/tea before heading home to end the night off at 22:00. We went to McDonald's as they are open till very late. We ordered one filter coffee and one rooibos tea (after asking if they have first). After the order was made by another staff member, she poured the coffee (filter) and hot water for the tea, but when looking discovered there was only normal tea and no rooibos, She then proceeded to call Gert Pansegrouw over, \manager"we presumed"
