Rude and disrespectful people from Hatfield Mcdonalds

I had ordered a meal via the McDonald's app. The meal was to arrive between 11:05 and 11:20. It only arrive an after 12:15. I did not get my full order, I ordered a milkshake with my meal, but I was brought half a coke instead. The guy told me that that there was no milkshakes, plus I I did not receive my refund for the milkshake... When I called I was transferred to the store and the woman told me in her words "it is not their fault because you asked for it to arrive at 11:30 and we have other deliveries to make."
