Rude and Careless Staff!

The staff at your Krugersdorp branch are ridiculous!

We were in the drive-thru queue for almost 40 minutes. Most of that time was spent at the payment window because "the system is going off and on".

People were hooting at us. We asked if a staff member could go out and tell the other customers in the queue that the hold-up is your system and not our fault.

No one was sent out as the hooting continued. People drove out of the queue and shouted while passing us on their way off of the premises.

We asked if the system was acting up inside the branch as well and were told that it was.

We said to your staff that we should be compensated with a cold drink as we have been patient and waited all that time in the heat. Your staff just laughed at us!

We were then told to go inside to complete our order.

When we got inside were told to join the existing queue where we were supposed to spend even more time waiting.

We were fed up and then the manager tells us that we can go first to "take our order" - not complete it and wait even longer.

The only reason why we went to your branch was that we were on our way to our destination and had a hungry child in the car.

The carelessness of your staff is truly, truly disgusting!
