Was at McDonald's in braamfontein,happens my woman had an empty glass in hand we walked into the restaurant to order food as we were waiting for our order the glass mistakenly fell and broke,the cashier whom was wearing a red golfer her name Yolanda Makwanda/Manyorela can't recall what they said her name was as she did not have a name tag on made a statement to her other colleagues at the back that my woman should be given a scoop and a broom to clean up the broken glass.I asked them if they have a Health and safety person for if anything happens to her as she's cleaning whose gonna be liable and their answer was that he/she has knocked off.Until the security guard took the scoop and broom that was meant for my woman to clean.They also refused us to sit in,as they said they were closing we asked them since we've ordered take aways can we not sit just to wait for our order and the answer was no.This is really poor of such an establishment that should have their employees well trained in all perspectives.
