Rude!!!!!!

<p>Why is itthat my order comes 1 hr 10 minutes after I had ordered on???</p> <p>I call the Chilli On Top to ask about why there was a delay, no answer.</p> <p>The driver (Desmond) final decides to grace me with his presence. He makes me stand in the rain, he takes his sweet time giving me my change. I ask if he can perhaps please hurry as I am getting wet and wish to not get sick and he had the audacity to say "I'm busy looking for your change" in a manner that was just appalling. After what felt like years, he then asks for a tip as if Ill ever give him one after he was rude with his comments.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really am not the one to complain so much but this one was just uncalled for!</p>
