Today I went to McDonald's Empire Road in Parktown and it was the most strangest and ugly service. I went to the drive through to get a meal for my family. I ask for the R25 burger specials and requested chicken burgers as both my kids are not fans of beef and I picked out Tasty beef foldover X2. And went to the second window to pay as I was about to pay the lady explained that the Tasty beef foldover promotion has ended and if i would like to opt for the chicken foldover instead I didn't mind but just requested it to be spicy. The last window to get my order..well didn't go that way my order was incorrect and needed to be fixed the the lady who they call a (runner) is not wearing her PPE Correctly she was now handle my food with no gloves on. Then as I think my order is fixed I ask her to go over my order. Then the burgers are incorrect and they gave me beef instead of chicken. The on duty manager comes to me and asks me if everything is sorted I say no. He goes and finds out whats seems to be the problem and comes back and approaches me in a arrogant manner and says that the lady at the drive through till got my order correct but does not want to assist but wants to prove a point and shift the blame on me wherelse the drive through line was a mess. I opted on taking my money and leaving cause I can't order something when I was clear enough and be blamed. Then shown the door and not being assisted. In the the tome where health and safety should be practiced properly and when I have a concern I should not address it. Rather stay closed thank you
