I went to Alex mall McDonald and placed an order worth R393,70. I bought double quarter ponder with cheese meal (large) with a strawberry milkshake, 2 mcFeast deluxe meals( large) with 2 large milkshakes (1 x chocolate and 1x strawberry). I then ordered chillie cheese fries with a large chicken foldover meal with a chocolate milkshake. To my dissappointment, after having begged that my order be correct ( because I waited over an hour to place an order) the order came with no ketchup and no serviettes( not even 1 of each). I was travelling with my family do I had to spend another R60 to get them ketchup and serviettes. Why must I spend more money because of incompetence of service??? I need this answered before a solution for this abhoring experience. I have the details if the transaction as proof.
