******* customer care!! Poor expectations!!

Just went to McDonald's in the Waterstone village in Somerset West, after a horrible experience with my daughter going to hospital all she wanted was a happy meal with the last of the toys she needs to collect!!

After being asked if she is a boy or girl and answering it with a girl, received a boys toy, and just because you are out of stock now the toy she received is a uni*** toy?? Is that was the case then why ask : boy or girl???????

Paid R92 so that we could help her feel better, upsold this terrible experience and feel I was just taken for a fool and ******!!!!!

I am not wrong that this boy helicopter is a boys toy as she has the pink one!!!!!!

Absolutely horrific experience to try and make a 3 yr old feel better!!!!

This needs to be addressed and sorted out now!!!!!
