Rotten tomatoes

After 4 complaints I still have not received any feedback from McDonald's, seems they don't care about their customers, 2 weeks now and not any of the McDonald's close to me has milkshake (PTA-west, Arcadia, Skinner str & Sunnyside) I think it's pathetic having to wait 20min in the drive thru queue just to be told you waited and wasted petrol in vain. Last night I ordered a quarter pounder and to my surprise I found the top piece of a tomato on it. Wish I could upload the photos. McDonald's doesn't even have the decency to reply to any complaints.
