Rotten manager and staff. Please replace them
I had a bad experience, at the drive thru of Mc donald vereeniging... I wanted to redeem my voucher code and they couldn't assist me. Please educate ur staff on how the Mc donald app works at this branch. The manager(zeeneth) as well as the drive thru assistant( Melica) was very rude. I had to wait for an hour before I could be refunded my money back. I will never set foot at vereeniging Mc donald again.

22 Dec 2020, 14:29I'm in the store waiting for my refund.. Bcz I didn't even get the order I placed. I am told to wait for them to call their customer service 1st.this is rediculous. Melica must be fired.
