Rotten Garnish on meal

At 2 different MacDonalds restaurants I ordered My meals as per Normal , due to it being quick and convenient ... i recieved garnish that was rotten on my Burger , from both Restaurants , Northgate and on Jan Smuts , , LETTUCE was brown like it had been sitting out for days ... I guess theyre raising prices ,and cutting down on quality , as greed does that , or simply *********** staff ....I complained , and they get a manager to call me , to ask me what ? I don't know lol , it's sad the level of service I recieved , I was busy ..now I get a text Saud , thank you your matter was resolved ...what was resolved? The fact I wasted my money , and got utter disgust in return ? , I mailed them and said just forget everything , I shanty use your restaurants any longer , I guess they found that as a loop hole and quickly jumped ... pity ... real pity .... I'm sure many of you have recieved meals like this , speak out , or you'd just keep on eating the same old ****
