Rotten cakes in MC Donald

I went to Mc Donald kokstad and ordered a carrot cake and cappuccino.The cake was hard as rock and when I complained to the staff..I was told it is always like this.Why are selling your customers rotten cakes and don't want to take responsibility afterwards and I was forced to accept it.You should have a proper storage of your cakes and when to get rid of stale ones..It's unprofessional.Manner of approach from the staff is very important.
