ROTTEN Cajun Burger Meals
Now here's an experience that scared the "****" out of me... LITERALLY.. Do suppliers immediately assume consumers / customers expect complimentary replacements for bad goods purchased?? Why on earth would consumers want MORE ROTTEN food when we complain about food not fit for consumption??? Makes no sense.. Sometimes and maybe MOST of these reported incidents are well justified. Here's my story.. On Tuesday 5th December.. I took my sister to get McDonald's Cajun Burger meals.. before going into the office. I frequent this outlet as it is close to work.. and I grab my bfast there before starting my day. My sister and I concluded that the burgers we partially consumed had a funky aftertaste.. with no cajun taste at all... combined with sodas which was watered down and fries that looked and tasted like they were prepared the night before and reheated for sale the next morning. Bearing in mind it was rather early in the morning. My sister called in to advise the store of our experience. The objective here was to inform the food outlet of possible harmful products unfit for consumption and an investigation into the matter.. in order to keep their quality assurance in tact. Instead we were challenged to publicise our ordeal.. and was openly and shamelessly accused of expecting a "free meal"... by both the front store manager..Margaret partnered with her site manager.. Albert or Alfred.. I stand under correction. Letting this slide.. after getting no joy and rather annoyed with the attitude of CLEARLY *********** staff.. the following morning I could barely get up.. out of my bed.. dragging myself to the office in excruciating pain. At about 11am Wednesday morning I had to drive myself to the nearest physician to get myself checked out.. oblivious to the fact of possible food poisening. The doctor was very diplomatic.. in diagnosing me with an acute case of Gastro.. administered a ****tail of immediate injections and prescribed a list of medication (pro- & anti biotic, Buscopan and Pain****ers) for a 5 day course. Warning me of severe diarrhea and vomiting, subsequently booking me OFF WORK for the rest of the week. Now... McDonald's Woodmead.. do you honestly expect your loyal customer to return for her daily bfast... after this occurrence..if you are arrogant enough to.... how do you expect me to pay for those meals when your products keep me from the job which pays for them. Maybe you were spot on...I DO NEED THAT FREE ROTTEN MEAL!!!! in order to gag my intestines out and be booked off work for days. Well done.. but I think I'll pass on Breafasts at McD's Woodmead.. Consumers be warned.. Cajun and Chicken burgers ALERT!!!
