Rotten Big Mac

On the 6th of February 2024 around 10:36 am I decided to buy a big mac meal at McDonald's in gateway mall. I usually order Mayonnaise as well. Guy's I could believe it at first but I realised that this bigger patty is pretty mich rotten. Now I later realized that gateway mall must have had a loadshedding crises because most of the stores had rotten produce etc. Which I came to the conclusion of later on te day. Fair enough you jad a crises but McDonald's to me seems like it may very well have the most customers in a day but I guess that means nothing. I fail to understand the audacity of serving people rotten food. For some us being able to purchase a big mac atleast once a month is a luxury so to be treated in such an undignified manner really broke my heart.
