<p>We ordered food which took 45 minutes to deliver, we get that part.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. The order was incomplete</p> <p>2. All the food was cold</p> <p> </p> <p>So we call McD's Barbara Road and get through to the most arrogant, ******** store manager on the planet, I simply asked for my money back and she spun a web of stories to the point where I swore and she dropped.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then called the HQ and 72 minutes later I am still waiting for their s****** to come collect their crud and return my money as promised.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's useless complaining, the regional manager is Edmore is MIA, and the store refuses to give me his contact details, she went as far as telling me she would call the cops on me before she politely dropped the phone. First you sell ******* food then dish out ******* service. I will spit at your store every time I drive by I am so disgusted.</p> <p> </p>
