Roodepoort Disappointing Service

I would like to complain with the branch at Roodepoort as it states that it services for 24hours however I was chased away just after 8pm and was told to go to the drive thru and I clearly stated that I don't have a car then I was told that I need to leave then. What does 24hrs service state? Does it mean people who don't own cars cant buy food at this branch? Poor service indeed and I am disappointed.
