******* incident at McDonalds

I was ****** while dining inside McDonalds in Midrand . My Iphone was taken from me by an unknown man who came up from behind me and grabbed my phone from the table infront of me where i had placed it and ran away . This occurred inside Macdonalds where i was dining! Ive had the worst weekend of my life as i have had to not only deal with the trauma of a ****** phone but have lost so much more, incurred unneccesary expenses going back and forth to the police station to get a case opened only to realise the phone was not insured and cannot be replaced. i had to miss out on an important interview because i spent all the money i had making trips to the police station. i wrote to McDonalds customer service and explained to them what happened but i have not received any feedback or support from them and an indication of how they are going to deal with this matter. Is McDonalds trying to say that they condone acts of crime against women within their facility? Who's going to protect my interests (as a customer who came in to dine at McDonalds) if McDonalds is protecting their own interests?
