****** to pay for a meal I did not receive

I went to buy at McDonald's small street Johannesburg a meal. They told me that my payment did not go through. Then i had to pay for another meal again, and i received the meal. Qhen i got home i realized the first payment had gone through and i was not given that meal. When i went back the manager was unfriendly and si unhelpful and refused to give me the meal or my money back even though they all knew that i was not given tge meal and i opened my banking app to prove that i paid twice.
