****** BY MCDONALDS

On Monday night around 11pm we went to buy two burgers one big mc regular meal and mc chicken with hot spicy inside. everything was captured on the slip and paid for. Got our food and went home, when we got there mc chicken did not have hot spicy inside. we drove back to that useless Mcdonald's branch in Witbank cnr president avenue. I explained about my hot spicy sauce was not inside the burger, one guy came asked for slip and checked if was captured. indeed saw the mistake and gave me the hot spicy sauce with free fries for apology, i said i don't want fries but instead can i have jalapeno sauce. That's when everything went south the guy informed other ladies and they started mocking and laughing saying they can't give me the sauce. i must take fries or nothing. manager came in as useless also is, asked me what happened then i ask what did they called you for? he pretended not to have an idea of what's going wasting my time that already been wasted for me to go sleep for my early morning. I explained my situation about those free fries and sauce issue. He rep**** he can't help me with that cause he has strictly rules not give me the sauce but instead fries. I asked him to compare prices between fries jalapeno sauce, but still insisted for me to take fries. Then i returned the whole order and left. they didn't even bother to give my money back basically was ****** Mcdonald's took my money without delivering the best service we expect.

NB It is not the first time this happened with the issue of not putting sauces inside our meals. we sick and tired of this it must stop.
