****** by MacD Southgate

I bought three meals at MacD Southgate, two were correct, the there one was not. I was given a mac chicken instead of a macRoyale, I was charged for a macRoyale. I called the number on the receipt but the number does not exist. I called the number on Google for the business, the number just rings off the hook. I sent a review via Google, no response. This was on Sat 21 May. I have a picture of the receipt and the card used to make the transaction. I took a picture of the burger aswell before it rot and I threw it away because I was waiting for them to being me my meal and take theirs back. I'm appalled at how the telephone number for the business that is on the receipt, does not exist. How do they give me the wrong order after they make me wait for it and then come and confirm that what they give me is what they say it is? Unfortunately I saw this only when I got home because I couldn't check while driving.

This is not the first time a MacD has done this. I once bought 5 meals from MacD near Leroy Merlin little falls and I was given only 4. I saw this when I got home. I wrote to them but they did nothing about it. I got one call and my complaint amounted to nothing.

Maybe I should stop buying from MacDonalds cos they clearly don't feel the need to address customer complaints, they have enough money.
