Roach in my chips

I went to Macdonald in Sandton to buy nazo meals only to be given the wrong order. When I called their line couldn't get through I decided to eat the food which was cold for a meal I just bought just as I was finishing the last chip boom a surprise waiting for me at the bottom of the chip pack a whole dead roach has been laying there as im eating. Im so disappointed at the Sandton branch
