Ripping customers off

Its been coming on for a while now! Drive through or going inside to place an order. Patiently waiting and by the time you get your order you just want to leave. All to get home and half the order is not there. Now i complain today as its not the first time, this more of a more than a year and each time by my count of more then 10 times if not more this had happend. Not even exaggerating! I have stopped to go to Mc donalds and only send my husband but geuz what happens to him as well. This is frustrating and not right. Why is something not done about this? We have been to 3 Mc donalds in our area and yes all 3 same experience. You call, they dont answer. You call , they answer and once you complain the call gets dropped each time..... this is really bad service! Its out of control and nothing gets done.
