Ripping Customers off

I ordered Mac Donalds online in Springs, i got the wrong order and the delivery guy brought everything wrong. I ordered 2 x macfeest deluxe but got no drinks as he brought water!!!! and not coke. he took my slip so i cant complain. ordering online is bad as you can complain or fix your order when they have it wrong. as useual mac donalds doen not respond to complaints so i know the wont contact me. This is very bad and i wount order from them online again as this is like slealibg from customers
