Ridiculously poor management service

In march i did a complain where mike the area manager phoned and said he recently took over the area and that he will invite me and my family to get the free meal and rate the service after the easter week end as he is training the staff as the service at monovani mcdonalds is very un acceptable and up to date he did not call to arrange this or give feedback is this how management at this business do "damage" control regarding keeping there customers happy and there products up to standard got his number from thulani previous bit now not even thulani has mikes nr any more
