Ridiculous Staff Experience

I would love to speak to the owner of this store as I believe what is happening here is the EXACT same thing that occurred at the KFC 24 hours store at the same mall ( The Ridge, Shallcross ). The last 7 times, no exaggeration, that I attended the apparent 24 hours store at the ridge at different times I was turned away. I attended with several different friends on several different occassions, who would agree with me as well as other numerous cars in the drive-through that we were turned away. I have heard pathetic excuses such as we don't have stock of what we ordered, we aren't open at certain hours ( This occured at 11:30, 12:10. 3:00 and 4:00 ), I have even heard from the operators that this is not a 24 hour store, to excuses such as we are closed through X hours of the night and we are going through auditing. The reason we have strong feelings about this is that we had to witness The KFC at the same mall go through this, the late night staff refused to serve customers or turned them down with similar excuses at every hour of the night until we went there and we were told that the KFC was not getting any business after 10 PM and that is why we lost a 24 hour KFC. The staff at said KFC didn't work at late hours and eventuallly we lost that KFC and now it seems as if the same is going to happen at McDonald's, I don't want that to happen but I'm afraid it has happened to several people as I have literally heard people say they are driving out of their area ( Amazimtoti McDonald's ) to get food at late nights. Tonight broke the camels back, you guys lost around 7 regular customers guaranteed as well as close friends and family which we spoke to about this. This is riducouls and I wish the owner/s of this store would be informed as to what their staff is upto at night and I would like the KFC store owner to know as well what happned to their store as well.
