ridiculous service

I'm a very angry customer, For the 3rd time receiving wrong order. I can't be buying something and get a total different thing. I tried calling the store (McDonald's Jabulani mall) over and over and over again with no success I want a refund or I'm going to all the social media platforms and expose this pathetic service.
