Ridiculous late delivery

I waited an hour and 10 min for my food so I phoned to find out where it is. They said no they only have 1 driver so it will take another 20min so I waited an hour and 50 min for my food as they where still late aswell. I waited almost 2 hours. This is ridiculous and shocking. Your service is pathetic and you don't care about client service!
