Ridiculous EVERYTHING!

My Complaint for this particular McDonalds Branch has been building up for a very long time already. When ever I visit the McDonalds in Mayville( No 130,085 Es'kia Mphahlele drive) in the early morning hours or late at night they claim to be offline. This is not a once-off experience I'm speaking about, this has happened to me a numerous of times! I have asked them Twice ,how can they advertise to be a 24/7 service restaurant, but be offline during certain hours. Where I got replies that was very unprofessional answers or they've got a bad attitude. Then I have to drive all the way to the next McDonalds in Wonderboom (Which is much better), but still out of my way. Then my second complaint is they ALWAYS have something out of stock. It's mostly the ice cream and milkshake machines that does not work, but I have experienced it once where they had no tomatoes or sauces, and once not even bread nor apple pies! To me this McDonalds Branch is a disgrace to the Franchise and I think its about time someone does something about it! They have had me furious a lot of times, so I hope it can be resolved in a civil manor. Thanks
