Richards Bay MacDonalds Staff are Bad/ Hygiene is ???

Worst experience in Richards Bay I had to wait whilst Phindile was flirting with a male customer standing next to me. I had to ask her twice if she was done with her conversation so that I could continue to place my order but after first order and scan she started giggling and chatting to the guy and I asked if she was done and then whilst placed my second order again cackling with the man. Paid no attention to me nor to assist me whilst I tried to find nuggets on the app. I Simply gave up and ended up just paying for the two items as I could see she was more interested in this man than me. Then Ursula is the worst example of a grumpy, pathetic unhappy person. She was so rude to me and other customers asking us to stand away from the collection counter as we are blocking her VISION ? Really ? Then she messed up plenty orders which came back. After 15 min of seeing she was actually not doing anything I asked if she knew was was happening she shouted at me “ we are busy!!

I said it doesn’t mean you don’t know your job. She shouted again Well we are busy! This is over peoples open cool drinks and chips.

This is so rude not to mention UNHYGIENIC Please MacDonalds Richards Bay sort your staff and the hygiene. Dine in orders left open where chips are exposed and open cool drinks where customers and staff are shouting and leaning over is pathetic. The bad attitude of staff doesn’t help
