Rewards

I bought a meal at McDonald's worth R454 at the drive thru and I gave the lady that was helping me the unique code to get rewards on the app. I realized after leaving that I didn't get my rewards, I called the store yesterday asking about this matter and they said it's the head office fault. I am very disappointed.
